On track, our drivers show consistent pace, fair and clean racing, and respectful conduct toward their competitors.
We place great importance on fair racing, collaboration among drivers, and a professional demeanor on and off the track.

STRUCTURE
Organization, setup development and our media presence are a fixed part of our teamwork, firmly anchored in our internal processes.
Every decision is first discussed, thought through and refined within the team before it is made. Major changes are decided by a democratic vote of all team members.
